Dr. Aaron Moore, DDS, FAACP, practices the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ dysfunction and other disciplines of craniofacial and orofacial pain right here in Parkersburg, WV. Dr. Moore has more than 20 years of experience treating these different types of pain and breathing issues in the Mountain State and surrounding areas.
At TMJ & Sleep Solutions of West Virginia, Dr. Moore is able to diagnose, treat, and manage a myriad of TMJ, orofacial pain, and headache issues. These include jaw dislocations, acute closed locks of the TMJ, facial pain, headaches, and obstructive sleep apnea. Dr. Moore employs a conservative treatment philosophy designed to avoid unpredictable surgeries.

include instruction by world-renowned doctors such as Dr. Peter Dawson at the Dawson Academy, Dr. Mark Piper at the Piper Education and Research Center, and Dr. Steven Olmos at the TMJ and Sleep Therapy Center of Excellence.
In 2019, following the completion of a residency program in Dallas, TX, Dr. Moore was awarded the status of Fellow with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain. Prior to this Fellowship, Dr. Moore was certified by the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain in dental sleep medicine and craniofacial pain. This certification was obtained after completion of a mini-residency program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Moore is designated as a "qualified dentist" with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. This designation means that he has met and exceeded a specific level of training and education set forth by the AADSM to competently assess and treat patients for sleep-related breathing disorders such as Obstructive Sleep Apnea. He is currently working on achieving the designation of Diplomate with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He will be awarded this designation through completion of a mastery program and successfully completing oral and written board exams.
Additionally, Dr. Moore is working on a mini-residency through Tufts University in pediatric obstructive sleep apnea.
Originally from Parkersburg, WV, Dr. Moore returned to the Mid-Ohio Valley in 1999 upon completion of his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry.
